Dear Mr. Kirshner,
I would like to thank you for the care you provided in making my orthotics. After suffering with my feet for some time and going through treatments that did not address the misalignment of my ankles due to torn ligaments and other issues, I am finally able to walk without pain.
I appreciate the thoroughness of your examination and work on the appliance, but I also appreciate the information you gave about how to buy shoes that will help my feet. I have never been given this much help before. I highly recommend your services to anyone who is having problems with their feet.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Donna
“Comfort Shoes” – that’s all I saw.
When I walked into your store, I needed a solution to my swollen and troubled feet after standing on my feet for 10-hour days on the rough metal of the museum floor. I did not know what to expect. I was driven by the word “COMFORT”.
Mark, you took the time to help me understand the benefits of purchasing one of your products. You patiently educated me on the benefits and once I had made my decision, you were there again, fitting my newly purchased shoes to fit my arch.
I cannot tell you enough how much of a difference they made. Without breaking them in I bravely put them on for my curator and guide shift. Not knowing how I would feel, I took an extra pair of high heels just in case.
Well it turned out that I did not need this extra pair. I was so comfortable that I could have extended my shift another 10 hours. The pain in my calves, Achilles and heels were gone.
Thank you!
Dear Mark:
It was rewarding to visit you recently and to meet your new assistant. She seems to be quite professional and capable. All your efforts paid off and there are no more “pressure points” on my toes or foot. Everything cleared up within a day. Thanks for that! I feel a great deal of satisfaction that you did not charge additional for the follow up visit, as indeed it was part of the original “contract”.
Sincerely,
John
